Aristotle Renieris, COO. Mr. Renieris was the COO of ACS

Dino Gouvanis, CSO, Mr. Gouvanis was formerly CEO of AMS

Joseph Altobelli, CFO, Mr. Altobelli was formerly with CityMD

Eric Becktel, CCO, Mr. Becktel was head of compliance at ACS/NBGS

With the acquisition of Ark Medical Solutions, ALN is well-positioned for significant growth over the next five years. 

ACS’ CEO, Nikolaos Renieris, and AMS’ CEO, Dino Gouvanis, worked for seven months on this deal that will build a network of labs based on AMS’ book of business. 

The Atlantic Lab Network is poised to grow to a $100m target within five years.  

It’s easy to see the excitement when you combine ACS’ laboratory, compliance, and industry knowledge with AMS’ extensive sales knowledge and business flow in excess of $80m USD.

Phase 2 will begin converting the business through acquisitions of existing laboratories and adding services.

Theta Health Group LLC going international. 06/05/2023

Due to frigid banking conditions in the United States, THG will focus on building its International Clinical Network, which is scheduled to launch in January 2023 in South America. 

THG will look to divest its Laboratory and Hospital assets while maintaining its Compounding, Manufacturing of Medical Devices, and Pharma Research divisions.

 

Joseph Altobelli announced as CFO. 04/18/2023

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph Altobelli as the new Chief Financial Officer of Theta Health Group. Mr. Altobelli brings decades of financial and operational management expertise to Theta Health Group. He has held various executive-level positions in public and private financial and healthcare institutions and has a proven track record of success.

Mr. Altobelli is well-versed in healthcare financial operations and is an expert at developing financial strategies that promote growth and stability. Mr. Altobelli’s career includes CFO and Controller roles at Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney, AIG, and CityMD. His accomplishments include successfully integrating multiple large-scale acquisitions of multispecialty practices, including Summit Medical Group, Westchester Medical, and New Jersey Urology.

Most recently, at CityMD, Mr. Altobelli developed their finance and accounting infrastructure, enabling the company to grow exponentially. Mr. Altobelli played an integral role in IPO readiness, financial systems implementations, and the development of shared service centers.  

At Theta Health Group, Mr. Altobelli will lead the finance organization and financial activities, including accounting and controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, internal audit, and treasury. Mr. Altobelli will be responsible for the financial stability and sustainability of the organization. Mr. Altobelli will focus on implementing a scalable multinational corporate structure capable of handling the financial, analytic, and operational infrastructure to facilitate the rapid growth anticipated by Theta Health Group.  

With the end to the Covid-19 pandemic most labs have either closed, sold, or transitioned. 03/01/2023

ACS expands the testing Menu: New capabilities include Hematology, women’s Health, Wound Care, Toxicology, Immunology, Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry, and extensive molecular capabilities. 

This significant investment and upgrades will help the NewCo transition into a full-service provider. 

Theta Health Group LLC going international. 01/012/2023

THG to build an International Clinical Network in South America. 

Colombia will be the pilot — The prototype for the five countries targeted in the region. 

Upon completion, the EXPAT Clinical Model will be the first of its kind. It will bring US medical options to highly populated expatriates and tourists in Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil.

Theta is in the process of raising capital for the International Expat Clinics with future expansion in Asia and Europe.
